Do the seat covers work with my seat’s original features?
Absolutely! Our covers are made to work with everything from adjustable settings and lumbar supports to heated and cooled seat functions. They maintain all the functionality you’re used to.
Are they safe for vehicles with side airbags?
Yes, they are! Our designs are airbag-compatible, but it’s important to reuse your original airbag components during installation. For safety, we highly recommend having a professional handle the installation.
Is it possible to install them myself?
Yes! Many customers do it themselves with great results. All you need are basic tools and some patience. That said, professional installation can help ensure the cleanest fit.
Where can I get them professionally installed?
Any local automotive upholstery shop should be able to handle the installation for you.
Do the covers come with seat foam or frame parts?
No. These are replacement seat covers only, so you’ll install them over your existing seat foam and frame.
What if a clip or tab looks reversed or won’t attach?
This usually means the clip just needs to be rotated or flipped 180° to fit correctly onto the frame.
Why don’t the covers have pre-cut openings?
The holes are left uncut to ensure perfect alignment during installation. Since each cover is hand-sewn and tightly fitted, pre-cut openings could misalign. Cutting during installation ensures a precise, professional result.
The heating connector doesn’t match mine. What to do?
Our universal heating pads come with two wires, but some vehicles may use more. You might need to reuse your original connector or make a small wiring change. Contact us for instructions; we're happy to walk you through it.

How long does it take to ship my order? Can I get it faster?
Each cover is made-to-order in our own factory in Houston, usually within 3–4 business days of receiving the order. We ship with USPS or UPS which takes another 2-5 days to US addresses. If you need your cover sooner, contact us and we can check expedited options.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping rates will vary depending on your location.
My tracking number hasn’t updated. What’s going on?
Since each seat cover is made-to-order, there's a short production window before shipping. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, tracking will begin updating. Still not seeing progress? Let us know and we’ll look into it.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes, all our seat covers come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials.
Can I return my seat covers if something's wrong?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be qualified for return.

How do you match the color and stitching to my car?
We use OEM-grade materials sourced in original factory colors. To ensure an exact match, we may request photos of your current seats and the VIN label before production.
What if my seat color or material isn’t shown?
We carry a wide range of materials, including leather, vinly (leatherette), cloth, alcantara, and more. If you need help finding your exact match, just reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I upgrade from vinyl to genuine leather?
Definitely. We offer genuine leather replacements for many seat types. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer custom colors or material combinations?
Yes, in many cases! While we specialize in OEM-matching covers, we also take custom orders. Just note: custom-made covers are final sale and can’t be returned.
